Estiatorio Milos Miami  always does it right. And so, when I heard they opened an outdoor dining terrace together with the fact I've been craving their food, I went for dinner. A week later friends and I went back to try the lunch special which is always one of the best in town for quality and value.

A wonderful sensation, finally, to feel as if I had left COVID-19 behind. That's the way I felt at dinner Saturday night with Mr. W. We got dressed up, date night style, and headed off to Forte dei Marmi Miami where I've been numerous times before. Somehow it was extra special -- the stylish veranda with its crisp white tablecloths and white rose adorning each; the buzzy atmosphere; the elegant Italian managers in their tailored dark blue suits and suede loafers; and the tableside service. Then there was a divine menu. I've gone to Forte dei Marmi Miami numerous times since it opened, and it has always been a favorite for its ambiance, cuisine and service. About a year ago the management changed along with the chef. I went back to check it out twice (once before Saturday with a picky Parisian girlfriend), and we all found the food better than ever (plus, they observe the safety protocols).
If you're a foodie, or just really appreciate fresh fruits and vegetables and enjoy the gourmet market experience, you must put a drive to The Boys Farmers Market on your "to do" list. There's nothing even close to it in Miami in terms of variety and quality of fruits and vegetables, price point,  as well as having a wide selection of other food items in one place. If you know Fairway Market in New York City, this is similar, but on a smaller, though not small scale. Plus, it's an experience being there, worth the drive to Delray Beach. So what in particular will you find?
The scoop so you won't miss a beat on the eating scene in Miami! Read on for high profile restaurant closings, both permanent and temporary; restaurant openings in Miami that you don't want to miss, and others coming online in the fall; new popups by some of the big names in Miami's restaurant scene;  and Chef Michelle Bernstein's online offerings of some of her most popular dishes and cocktails from temporarily shuttered Cafe La Trova.
