Crudos Fusion Art, Delicious Food+ Urban Art Experience

Owner, chef and artist Edixon Hernandez of Crudos Fusion Art has attracted the likes of Sting, Maluma, Alejandro Sanz and Carlos Vives with his creativity and WOW creations fusing Asian and Latin flavors.  And it seems whenever I would pass the restaurant, it's full, so I decided a visit was more than in order. Off we went to Wynwood and we really enjoyed the food and art experience.

Tigre, a New Waterside Dining Pick

A welcome new addition to waterside dining options in Miami is Tigre, nestled by a manatee sanctuary and yet steps off Biscayne Boulevard. It’s inspired by traditional Buenos Aires cafes and neighborhood bistros or “bodegones” in the river town north of the Argentine capital. The menu at this Argentinian restaurant in Miami is laced with the country's classics, with more than a nod to Miami’s love of seafood and farm to table vegetables. I’ve experienced two exceptional new restaurants in three weeks. No doubt about it -- the Miami restaurant scene is coming back strong. The newest addition to my favorites list is recently opened Salvaje which fuses Japanese cuisine with Latin American elements. Part of the Spanish-owned Salvaje group which comes to Miami via several locations in Spain and Latin America, they tout their high quality which more than lived up to its promise, along with an enticing menu, scrumptious food, and casual chic décor.
