Sexy Fish Miami is the restaurant of the moment, the one with the greatest buzz that you have to see and experience. Plus, it now has a special deal for lunch, a good way to try it out.
New choices for brunch and ladies night,  Deering Seafood Festival, Villa Azur Anniversary's Wow White Party, Smorgasburg Miami largest outdoor food bazaar, new place for Chinese food in the Grove, and more all in Eating News - Part 1, for March '22.
Bagatelle was always one of my “go to” celebration places with girlfriends, with their great DJ, party atmosphere, and good food. So we were all delighted to hear about the reopening after being closed during COVID, and at a new location right near the Ritz Carlton South Beach. The “new” Bagatelle has a more casually elegant décor, and a completely new French Mediterranean menu by Chef Jimmy De Almeida, a disciple of Alain Ducasse, along with some of the party vibe.
Uchi Miami reviews were five stars from several consumer review sites and foodie friends told me to go check it out. It had been on my radar screen since it opened, and I finally had a chance to go, though getting a reservation turned out to involve booking a week or more in advance and at an off peak time. A foodie friend and I went to dinner and the verdict? Returned a few days later to also check out the happy hour with another friend. Uchi scored  a serious thumbs up from all of us.
Leku Miami Spanish Basque restaurant has always been one of my favorite restaurants in Miami and a fave too among my friends. I did a “first look” review shortly after it opened over a year ago and have been back numerous times since then with friends.  I’ve  been waiting until their wood grilling oven from Spain arrived, and with it a new menu for a full fledged review. That recently happened, so off we went. The verdict? A rave review for the food, service and ambiance. Leku is one to top in Miami for foodies.
