When ordering a glass of wine, especially if you order from a specially priced menu (lunch in particular), it’s a good idea to ask how many ounces it is. One of the new restaurant trends for 2012 — sometimes they reduce the size of the pour to keep the price down, offering four rather than six ounces.At a recent lunch at Capital Grill I asked the waiter to do a side-by-side showing the difference in wine in the glass.
