Here’s Part II of my picks for the best Miami happy hours 2014 in different parts of the city, this time Miami Beach and Midtown. If you missed it, here’s Part I covering Brickell Avenue, Coral Gables and South Miami. All were chosen for their delicious food, buzzy atmosphere, the deal, and a decided plus is entertainment.
