(Note from Karen) Add tasty, low cal excitement to your in home eating with local produce from Miami Farmers markets offering delivery and pickup . Vegetables in particular are at the peak of freshness and you can find items that aren’t often available in other markets. Sunday Mr. W and I went to the Redlands Community Market, ordered on the spot, and nabbed meaty, large oyster mushrooms; the freshest bell peppers we’ve eaten in awhile; crisp baby bok choy; to die for baby eggplants, and other goodies. We never had to get out of the car. They put everything in the trunk . Plus, it makes for an outing, going to a different Miami farmers market every weekend. Here’s a list of seven markets.
