You may have remembered that I wrote about Capriotti’s which has my favorite sandwich in the world, an Italian submarine (“sub”). The shop started in Wilmington, Delaware where I grew up and, together with Philly and New Jersey are the epicenter of the sub world. It then spread around the country. It’s one of President Biden’s favorite sandwich shops too by the way. Thanks to Instagram I found out they have an outpost in Miami Gardens and a new one in Plantation so off Mr. W and I went.
