Maple & Ash, a lavish two-story, 22,000-square-foot dining destination at Miami Worldcenter, merges contemporary style with Old World elegance under the helm of Michelin-starred chef Danny Grant. Boasting regal décor—burgundy walls, wood accents, candelabras—and an indulgent menu, the restaurant has quickly become a hotspot for celebrations just three months after opening. The signature $98 Summer Chef’s Tasting Menu, available Sunday and Tuesday through Thursday, includes three courses.
Guests select one dish from each course. Starters range from the Heirloom Greens & Summer Vegetables Salad to decadent Lobster Dumplings or the Wagyu Carpaccio with truffle, king crab, and kaluga caviar that I had and loved. Mains include elevated classics like Fire-Roasted Chicken, Mediterranean Branzino, and a fiery Lobster Spaghetti, with upgrades available for premium cuts like a 6oz Filet Mignon. Dessert offerings balance nostalgia with flair, including a Piña Colada Crème Pie, Chocolate Cake with caramelized banana, or the over-the-top Sundae Tower.
With its buzzing lounge, The Studio, top-tier service, and creative cocktails (like the 24K gold Old Fashioned), Maple & Ash cements itself as a glamorous, indulgent culinary experience in the heart of Miami.
