A new signature event where you can eat really well and do good is for Camillus House:
Tickets are on sale for a special Miami Spice three-course charity dinner hosted by The Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau(GMCVB) and Camillus House. On Tuesday, Sept. 19, 2023, Chef Cesar Zapata of the two-time Michelin Bib Gourmand award-winning restaurant Phuc Yea will take over the kitchen at Camillus House, located at 1603 NW Seventh Ave., to serve Modern Vietnamese cuisine to attendees. A limited number of $60 dinner tickets may be purchased on Eventbrite or at MiamiTemptations.com, and 100% of the proceeds will benefit Camillus House’s mission to serve the hungry and homeless.
The three-course dinner menu features edamame hummus with lemongrass chili oil and crispy tostones as an appetizer followed by a main course of fish sauce caramel smoked short rib with a side of watermelon salad, and decadent croissant bread pudding for dessert.

– Dine at Florida’s only dual-Michelin-starred restaurant: L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon will indulge eaters with a five-course chef experience featuring signature dishes of foie gras, yellow fin tuna, saffron-spiced risotto, a tender filet mignon and a strawberry key lime dessert, all for $155.
– Get your tequila on: Embark on a tantalizing journey with the Sexy Fish Tequila Experience. Guests will find a curated tequila pairing menu including house-smoked buri paired with a refreshing tequila paloma or a combination of Chilean sea bass & truffle with a premium tequila martini for $149.
– Step into wine heaven: At Vinya Table, enjoy a private dining room and New American menu curated with Sommelier selected wine pairings.
