Miami Spice 2016 is here! The annual promotion, running from August 1 through September 30, offers three-course prix-fixe lunches ($23) and dinners ($39) at many of Miami’s finest restaurants. This year, more than 240 restaurants are participating – the most ever, and up from last year’s 181. Here is Part I of the menus of our picks for the best restaurants to check out in Miami Spice 2016. We selected the more high-end restaurants in town that offered appealing menu selections, as Miami Spice is a wonderful opportunity to try these places without busting the budget. We’ve personally been to them all throughout the year and give them the stamp of approval. Stay tuned for Part 2 and 3.

My friend and I enjoyed the prix fixe $35. lunch at Caviar Russe.
The food and service were perfect! Ambiance classy and gorgeous.
We would go back again.
