HYDE Beach at SLS South Beach: If you don’t know where to go this Sunday, keep in mind that HYDE Beach is always a good idea. Brought to the South Beach shores straight from Vegas, HYDE Beach at the SLS South Beach seems like a pool party (and it is!), but it’s also where you go to see and be seen. Before you go, don’t forget to wear your best designer bikinis and stilettos. Trust me: you’ll feel left out without them. HYDE Beach is poolside at the SLS South Beach, which is located at 1701 Collins Avenue.
Baia Beach Club at the Mondrian South Beach: Ready to have fun? Ahhh… at the waterfront Baia Beach Club, that’s exactly what you’ll do. Boasting some of the best sunset views in Miami, the pool deck is filled with a “grassy” deck, large umbrellas and dazzling-white pool beds. Expect an appealing menu, people watching, and loungey music – then next Sunday, come back and do it all again. The Baia Beach Club runs from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Baia Beach Club at Mondrian South Beach is located at 1100 West Avenue.
watr at the 1 Rooftop: From Vegas to Polynesia, Sundays at watr are all about sea-inspired foods, beautiful views and even more beautiful people. With its canopy of stringed lights, surrounding greenery, wave-like décor and elaborate sushi and poke menu, this sexy rooftop is Miami’s own Polynesian paradise. And just beyond the restaurant, there’s a cabana-lined rooftop pool for hotel guests and residents only – and you better believe they’re some of the most stylish pool-goers in town.Watr is open on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. It sits on the rooftop of the 1 Hotel South Beach, at 2341 Collins Avenue. The 1 Rooftop is an adults-only area for guests who are 21+.
Strawberry Moon: This hotel features a day-to-night swim club, a playful destination for your Sunday Funday. Created by David Grutman and musician Pharrell Williams, the pool deck area at Strawberry Moon is decorated in shocking pinks, baby blues and lime greens. The outdoor pool and terrace has oh so colorful bed couches, cabanas and bungalows as well as a Mediterranean restaurant and bar with plates such as the Mediterranean dip trio and a selection of kebabs. Enjoy music with live performances on certain Sundays, found on their online calendar. Strawberry Moon is located in the Goodtime Hotel at 601 Washington Avenue. Ages 21 and over.
Joia Beach: The restaurant and beach lounge at Joia Beach are perfect to spend a leisurely day enjoying the sun and have a pool party in Miami besides. The beach lounge is open on weekends between the hours of 1 pm and 11 pm where guests can enjoy lounging by the waters of jungle island and enjoying small plates and drinks. Bottle service is also available upon request at the lounge. Or, try dining at the European inspired restaurant. One might dip their toes in the ocean while enjoying fresh seafood. Brunch is also offered every Sunday from 11am to 4pm. Note that reservations are recommended for special seating on weekends. Located in the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, FL, this day club hosts well known DJ’s and other live entertainment for a high octane party atmosphere.
