Even if Halloween isn’t usually your thing, you may want to reconsider after reading about these creative and fun events, for singles, couples, and families on the bewitching day. It’s  one holiday South Florida knows how to do well, and these events below prove it. Here are seven picks for Halloween Miami, including a pre holiday bash and free events too!

Celebrate early at Haunted Hauteness.

Taking place on October 20th, at Macaya Gallery, this all-inclusive, pre-Halloween celebration is for fun, charitable, Miami VIPs only. Partygoers should show up in their scariest and sexiest costumes, and plan to spend their Wynwood Saturday night dancing, drinking and mingling with Magic City’s finest. The luxurious night will start at 9 p.m., and rotating DJs and VIP and model lounges will keep the revelry going late into the night. Open bar will be provided by Tito’s Vodka, Korbel Champagne and Jack Daniel’s, and as an added benefit, 20% of the night’s proceeds will support South Florida philanthropy, Miami Model Citizens (MMC), and their Thanksgiving Food Drive. This annual drive provides a warm holiday meal for communities in Miami that are most in need. Macaya Gallery is located at 145 NW 36th Street. Tickets start at $80 per person and can be purchased here or at the door. Street parking is available.

Make your boyfriend go out of town at Bâoli.

Everyone knows about Bâoli’s weekly My Boyfriend is Out of Town party, and on Wednesday, October 31st, there’s one just for the spooky season. Themed “Cannibal Geishas,” this haute Halloween Miami bash invites the city’s most fashionable creatures to bring out their sexiest kimonos and scariest secrets. Promising to be a night like no other—as is common at Bâoli—guests can expect spine-chilling surprises, heart-stopping entertainment, beats by Hugo M and mischief around every corner. Doors open at 7 p.m. Bâoli is located at 1906 Collins Avenue. Tickets start at $65 per person and can be purchased here. Dinner reservations can be made before the party by contacting reservations@baolimiami.com. Costumes encouraged; geisha-chic attire preferred. Street parking, public parking and valet are available.

Make it a night(mare) to remember at W Miami.

This Halloween, W Miami is giving you two ways to celebrate. Start the party on Friday, October 26th, with Nightmare on Brickell Ave. Taking place 50 floors above Brickell Avenue, this late-night Halloween Miami fête (doors open at 10 p.m.!) invites guests to dress in their favorite costumes and party all night long. Then, come back to the 50th-floor WET® Deck the next night for the hotel’s Once Bitten Halloween Party. Starting at 11 p.m. on Saturday, October 27th, this vampire-themed blowout will have you screaming in no time. W Miami is located at 485 Brickell Avenue. Tickets for Nightmare on Brickell Ave start at $10 per person and can be purchased here. Tickets for the Once Bitten Halloween Party start at $20 per person and can be purchased here. Have the ultimate #SundayFunday with Flo Rida at Kiki on the River.

Kiki on the River is Miami’s trendiest dining destination. Sitting right on the Miami River, this fanciful Mediterranean restaurant and lounge makes you feel like you’re drinking and dining at a yacht club in Mykonos. On Sunday, October 28th, head to this swank hangout for good cocktails, beautiful people-watching, and a live concert by Flo Rida. The party will run from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m., but you can get there as early as 1 p.m. Don’t worry, there’s no such thing as too much Sunday Funday at Kiki on the River. Kiki on the River is located at 450 NW North River Drive. Dishes and drinks are priced a la carte. Valet parking and yacht docking is available.

Have Halloween fun for the whole family at Malibu Farm Miami Beach.

On Saturday, October 27th and Sunday, October 28th, bring the whole the family to Malibu Farm Miami Beach for a Halloween Miami celebration! For two days—from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. that Saturday, and 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. that Sunday—there will be pumpkins and carving stations so young Halloween fans can make their own jack-o’-lanterns.

While they do, there’s something for parents, too. Adults can grab a table and enjoy the good-for-you-good organic, local fare, good wine or beer, handcrafted cocktails and stunning Atlantic Ocean views Malibu Farm Miami Beach is known for. Malibu Farm Miami Beach is located at 4525 Collins Avenue. Children’s activities are FREE of charge, and all food and drink is priced a la carte. Hotel valet is available.

Step into Alice And Wonderland’s World at 1 Hotel Rooftop.

You’ve never seen Alice like this! Taking place on Wednesday, October 31st, the Alice in 1Derland Halloween Party will transform the entire 1 Hotel Rooftop into a mini-Wonderland of its own. In partnership with Veuve Clicquot, there will be live entertainment, beats by power-DJ Yissel, grass walls, picture frame photo opps, dancers in cages, birdcage chairs and more. The party will start at 9 p.m. and run until late. 1 Hotel Rooftop is located at 2341 Collins Avenue. This event is free and open to the public, and VIP tables can be purchased for $400+. RSVPs for free entry are required and can be directed to 1sbevents@1hotels.com. Costumes are encouraged. Hotel valet is available.

Watch Beetlejuice under the stars at Atton Brickell Miami.

Looking for a low-key Halloween? Make it an outdoor movie night! On Wednesday, October 31st, Atton Brickell Miami is inviting guests to enjoy a classic Halloween flick, Beetlejuice, poolside. This showing is part of the hotel’s weekly Movie Under the Stars series, and will start at 8:30 p.m. sharp. Atton Brickell Miami is located at 1500 SW 1st Avenue. This event is free and open to the public. Hotel valet is available.
