I prefer the indoors hands down. It’s elegant, lovely and “buzzy” and really looks like the pictures. The noise level can be “energetic” but from the crowd rather than a DJ or such. The bar seating is a small area so really best for a couple, and you don’t get the full experience of the decor there which I assume you want for a celebration. The outdoor area which is a small terrace was good during covid, but again, not the place for an experience. If you want outdoors, the rooftop should be your choice. I went there for a party at lunch so don’t know how it is for dinner.
