You’d be hard pressed to choose which restaurants to go to for Miami Spice 2023 with over 250 to choose from. Now’s the time to try those pricey restaurants you’ve been wanting to go to, thanks to the special deals. Plus, new this year are signature dining experiences and a special offering from a leading private caterer. The Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau (GMCVB) program runs from now through September. See below for the prices, details and a list of all the restaurants to date. Enjoy  prix fixe, three-course meals for $30 or $35 for lunch/brunch and the option of $45 or $60 for dinner. Select restaurants are offering Signature Dining Experiences that are enhanced and deliver beyond the traditional three-course menus. If hosting a large gathering for friends and family, Bill Hansen Catering is offering discounted pricing for group events at a private residence or venue of selection. As part of this program, a team of expert chefs will come to your home to prepare a local farm-to-fork type menu.

• Try New Flavors: With more than 40 new participants, even long-time Miami Spice enthusiasts can feast on unique and fresh flavors.  For example, check out the Eastern Med cuisine  at Aba located in Bal Harbour,  or if you’ve been wanting to try hot spot  Gekkō, a Japanese-inspired steakhouse from the minds of Groot Hospitality’s David Grutman and recording artist Bad Bunny, now’s the time.
• Taste Global Cuisine: Explore an array of selections from various cultures that expand the globe. Within Miami’s vibrant restaurant landscape, taste Balinese at lovely spot Bâoli or light French-Mediterranean at LPM Restaurant & Bar

• Dine at Award-Winning Eateries for Miami Spice 2023: Indulge in culinary excellence at Michelin-recommended restaurants. Try dishes featuring the highest-quality vegetables, seasonal ingredients and fresh herbs at Le Jardinier Miami, or make your way to Joe’s Stone Crab Restaurant on Miami Beach for fresh seafood, fried chicken and key lime pie. At MILA Restaurant, enjoy  MediterrAsian cuisine in a handsome ambiance with good people watching to boot.
• New Signature Dining Experiences: Discover an array of Signature Dining Experiences that have been exclusively introduced this year. Orno Restaurant is offering an intimate and unique experience with a five-course meal hand-selected by the chef for $95 per person. Wine and dine at Daniel Boulud’s  Boulud Sud and feast on a three-course menu complemented by wine pairings for $75 per person. Treat yourself to a seven-course dinner featuring the widest variety of domestic, Australian and Japanese Wagyu at The Wagyu Bar for $200 per person.

• Spice, Spa and Stay: Have a staycation using Miami Hotel Months deals while taking advantage of the Miami Spice dining opportunities during the stay. Simultaneously, restaurants located in hotels participating in Miami Spa Months offer discounts on spa treatments including facials, massages and other wellness activities. Have a meal at The Strand at Carillon Miami and indulge in spa services at The Spa at Carillon Miami, or relax with a massage at mySpa at InterContinental Miami followed by dinner at Toro Toro.
