Oysters, too, for $2. Parking, when validated at One Hotel, is $10. 2305 Collins Avenue.

Chotto Matte
Finding this restaurant could prove a little tricky, given that it’s down an alley and their white door blends into the wall. Plus, their sign is in clear Plexiglas against a white wall but rest assured, it’s a search worth taking. Chotto Matte is as visually stunning for the eyes as for the palate. The tree that’s the centerpiece of the restaurant, along with the open kitchen where the colorful cuisine is created and the bar where food as well as cocktails are created, are a huge wow factor (along with the skylight!) Happy Hour is available daily at the bar and lounge from 4-7 p.m., and includes Sapporo beer ($4), Bacardi Cuatro ($6) and Pisco Sour ($6) and snacks like shishito peppers, shrimp spring roll, Nikkei calamari and yucca and sweet potato chips for $4-$8 . Chotto Matte, 1664 Lenox Ave., Miami Beach, FL 33139. Valet parking available. https://www.chotto-matte.com/magic-hour-miami

Wine and spirits are $6, $8 cocktails and $5 beer and sake. It’s offered daily from 4-7 p.m. 1080 Alton Road, Miami Beach.

NaiYaRa

The Thai street food spot from Chef Bee, NaiYaRa offers a daily happy hour from 5 to 7pm at the bar featuring a host of offerings at simple pricing: every food item and cocktails on the happy-hour menu cost $7 each. One girlfriend likes it so much she has gone there seven times! The food menu is plentiful with options such as slammin salmon (torched salmon over tempura shrimp), tuna tataki, skewers, hamachi jalapeno, a selection of skewers and more. The open dining room, watched over by a golden Buddha, has rich teak wood walls and tables, traditional fishing baskets repurposed as lighting fixtures, and memorabilia with an open kitchen in the background. There’s both street parking and public lot within the block.
