Executive Chef and Proprietaire Peter Vauthy goes all out whatever he does. I’ve experienced his passion in action having dined at  and enjoyed his RED steakhouse in Miami Beach multiple times over the years. This year  he outdoes himself in his three Miami Spice menus – RED Classics, Seafood Weeks and Taste of Italy – that not only have exciting menu selections, but also deliver on the taste and quality. It has to be one of the best Spice offerings in town. Plus, there are enticing week day promotions especially on beverage. Spice dinner is $68 per person plus tax and tip and is offered from August 1 through September.
