No one had ever mentioned Plaza Seafood Market to me, nor had I read about it in Miami. Then came a major article about it in The New York Times, identifying it as a real “find”, so of course off I went. And sure enough, it is a find, though shall we say a rustic one. Plus, it has an eatery. It's in what’s called “Little Santo Domingo” in Allapattah. You feel as if you’re in the Caribbean, so close to downtown Miami yet  feeling a world apart.
