There’s no shortage of Mexican restaurants around Miami, but there’s always room for a few more, what with the newfound popularity of Taco Tuesday. The new ones around the city are in Coral Gables, Edgewater and even a new outpost of one of Miami’s most beloved Mexican fast casual spots at Hard Rock Stadium. There’s even a California favorite set to open in Wynwood in November.
