Mon dieu! A Frenchman making a pudding out of Krispy Kreme donuts. Mais oui, at French 27, a welcome new addition to French restaurants in Miami. It tastes a little like bread pudding, but has a bit of a crunch on top and is not so sweet as the glazed donuts. Just right in my book. Then it’s topped with housemade vanilla ice cream. Also worth of FF status is the Champagne en Rose cocktail.
