One of my favorite pastimes when I go to Paris is going to Bon Marche, the most upscale department store, and trying on their hats. They’re so flirty, feminine and elegant – and fun. For awhile there, hats weren’t so in fashion but that has changed thanks to Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, who has lent a new found “now” image to hats.
