Robert Gonzalez, Pastry Chef of Sweet Manifesto has serious credentials. We’re talking coming from a family of pastry chefs and former pastry chef for the Myles Restaurant Group owners of Prime 112, Prime Fish and others. His desserts at Sweet Manifesto are seriously delicious, and varied. They include not just cakes with four or five layers, but also cookies, bars, breads (mostly sweet breads), parfaits and others. He does the classic desserts, but also innovative takes on nostalgic favorites, like the Sweet Chocolate Manifesto with chocolate cake, Nutella filling, chocolate ganache, hot cacao pudding and double chocolate chip dough. pistachio baklava made as a cheesecake; pineapple upside down;  carrot and red velvet; and  the favorite kids birthday cake,  Celebration with sprinkles and confetti candy.
