Looking to stay home for this Miami Thanksgiving? Pour yourself a glass of wine, sit back, relax and consider letting one of Miami’s top caterers to do all the (kitchen) work for you. Thierry Isambert Culinary & Event Design is offering two Thanksgiving menus this year, both of which serve up to 14 people and can be delivered right to your home or office door. The Traditional Menu starts with appetizers like red quinoa salad with a pomegranate dressing, and moves on to main dishes like slow-roasted whole turkey infused with herbs and butter, American country gravy, sausage or vegan stuffing, candied yam casserole with roasted marshmallows, orange-cranberry relish, baguettes, three different types of pie and more. The Gourmet Menu adds deluxe plates like sous-vide turkey breast roulade with a cranberry and fig stuffing, roasted root vegetables with embellishment oil, gratin-scalloped potatoes with Gruyère de Comté, pumpkin and chocolate mousse cake, macarons and more.
The traditional menu is priced at $363 and the gourmet menu is priced at $468. All orders must be placed by 5 p.m. on Monday, November 12th, and can be made by calling 305.635.6626. All corporate deliveries will be made between Monday, November 19th and Wednesday, November 21st. All residential deliveries will be made on Wednesday, November 21st. All deliveries are charged an automatic delivery fee of $65 (Miami-Dade) and $85 (Broward).
WHISK Gourmet Food & Catering
Want a good ol’ fashioned Thanksgiving Miami dinner? Want it to-go, so you don’t have to leave your house? Get both at Whisk Gourmet, in South Miami. Designed to feed eight to 10 people, the set menu comes with five pounds of sliced roasted turkey breast, brown gravy, cornbread, a spicy-jalapeño dressing, scalloped potatoes with caramelized onions, green beans with roasted garlic butter, cranberry sauce and two pies: your choice of apple or pumpkin. Dig in!
Whisk Gourmet Food & Catering is located at 7382 SW 56th Avenue. This to-go dinner is priced at $260 for the whole meal. Food will be prepared in oven-ready containers with heating instructions. Orders must be made by Friday, November 16th, and can be picked up between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Wednesday, November 21st. Whole Foods Market
Everyone loves Whole Foods—so why wouldn’t you put them in charge of your Thanksgiving feast? Order the “Classic Thanksgiving Dinner for 8” and get a whole turkey with a slew of traditional sides, or pick from the a la carte menu and get just what you need. The a la carte menu is packed with everything from a whole roast turkey, traditional stuffing and gravy, green beans with garlic and creamy mashed potatoes, to cranberry-orange sauce and cranberry crumble pie.
