Suits from the Nobe popup

Miami Swim Week 2016 is the best fashion event here of the year and this year it promises to be better than ever with new pop ups that showcase numerous designers that would otherwise be off the radar screen. Here are some choice events open to the public from July 14 to 17.  In some cases you need to reserve, so take note.

NOBE67 had its first Miami popup in the spring with much success (and yours truly bought a fabulous cape that friends were clamoring to know the designer), Now it’s back and will house over 20 independent designers along with established international brands such as Les Canebiers St. Tropez, Cris Berry Swim, Trilogia, Ross & Brown Eyewear, Other World Apparel, Retromarine, Bandit Swimwear, La Playa by Jeux de Vie, By Malka, EKAT Suits, Ibiza Passion and ELA Swimwear among others. Delano’s Orchard area, where the NOBE67 Swim Week pop-up will be held, is a  landscaped lawn filled with quirky, Starck-designed “vignettes” – including an antique daybed and oversized chessboard – that lend the feeling of a surreal, beautiful stage and make it an unusual place to shop. A full service bar will be set up with wine, beer and spirits.

The Swim Week Pop-Up will be open Friday through Sunday, from 12pm to 8pm, and as part of its creative programming, NOBE67 will showcase the following events and activities designed to offer a complete Swim Week shopping experience:
