Looking for Miami New Year’s Eve 2017 events, parties, concerts? Here’s our curated list of the best choices including a “Winter Wonderland” at The Delano Beach Club, special doings at Prime 112, free concert with Pitbull and Miami’s very own “ball drop” — or “Orange Drop, and another concert with Billy Joel. Susanne Bartsch Presents House Party
This year, head to Nina’s House, at The Confidante Miami Beach, for a house party like you’ve never seen before. Hosted by fashionista and socialite Susanna Bartsch, a woman known for her outlandish over-the-top parties, this lavish poolside party will have music by One-Half Nelson and Adora, and surprise performances throughout the night. From 9 p.m. to 2 a.m., party-goers will get to indulge in an open bar, a champagne toast at midnight, snacks, sweets and a beer garden with brews from Wynwood Brewery, Cigar City, Funky Buddha and more. Prime 112
Head to Miami’s most famous steakhouse as early as 10 p.m., and start 2017 the right way. Prime 112 is turning into a dance party, with a bottle of Cristal champagne per couple, party favors, music by DJ Vertigo, and of course, dancing all the way into 2017. Dinner is also available, but not included in the package. Entrance to the party is priced at $300 per person. Prime 112 is located at 112 Ocean Drive, Miami Beach, FL 33139. LIV
LIV is undeniably Miami’s most iconic nightclub, and on New Year’s Eve, it attracts big names from across the globe. This NYE, dance your way into 2017 with world-renowned EDM DJ and producer Skrillex, and while you’re at it, get premium open bar from 9 p.m. to Midnight. General admission tickets this event are priced at $300 before 1 a.m., or $250 for entry after 1 a.m. VIP tables are available for $6,000+. Pitbull’s New Year’s Revolution at Bayfront Park
For a New Year’s Eve that’s as Miami as you can get, celebrate with the Magic City’s most popular music artist: Pitbull. Broadcasted live on FOX, this night to remember will be hosted by Queen Latifah and Snoop Dogg, and feature several ‘90s hip-hop acts like Biz Markie, Coolio, Naughty By Nature, Rob Base, Salt-N-Pepa, Tone Loc and Young MC. Pitbull will no doubt be the main event, and followed by fireworks and Miami’s very own “ball drop” — or “Orange Drop — as we locals call it. This event is free and open to the public. The concert will take place at Bayfront Park, at 301 N. Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, FL 33132.
Radio Bar
Located in South of Fifth, Radio Bar is hosting an NYE party with unlimited open bar from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. Party-goers will get bites from Bakehouse Brasserie between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. and a shot of Jäger at midnight. For those looking to really have a great time, private tables are available and include one bottle of champagne and two bottles of premium spirits per party. Delano South Beach
Ring in 2017 the lavish way when you go to Delano Beach Club, which—on December 31st—will be completely transformed into a “winter wonderland.” Sip and dance your way into New Year’s Day with aquatic performances, whimsical installations and live sounds by DJ Smeejay. Billy Joel Live in Concert
Coming once again to the BB&T Center, Billy Joel is ready to rock this New Year’s Eve. Starting at 9:30 p.m., come hear all of his best hits: like “Uptown Girl,” “New York State of Mind,” “Piano Man,” and “Only the Good Die Young.” The BB&T Center is located at 1 Panther Parkway, Sunrise, FL 33323.
