With travel the hassle that it is these days, I’m always on the lookout for products that make the whole process easier, more comfortable and stress free. Here some terrific travel and flight essentials I heard about from Travel + Leisure and plan to get:
No worry about losing keys, wallet, phone, with Tile Mate bluetooth tracker. it’s a chip that you can stick or clip on your valuables. For instance, for your phone — just press your Tile twice to make your phone ring even when it’s on silent. You can even log into the website to find it on a map or make it ring. Every Tile runs for a year with no upkeep, no charging, no replacing batteries.Price: $25.
There must be four or five different adapters in my drawer, but I never seem to have (or bring) the right one. Enter the Flight 001 4-in-1 adapter thats a set of color coded plugs that work in 150 countries. The color coded world adapter system makes finding the right plug as simple as matching the colors. Plus, it breaks apart into 3 pieces and is said to be the smallest and most compact universal adapter on the market. Another benefit of the colorful system, less problem in it getting buried in the suitcase. Flight 001. Price: $25.
With all of the goings on about cybersecurity and financial accounts being hacked, here’s a very helpful gadget. Skyroom hotspot offers secure internet and unlimited data for up to 5 devices in more than 100 countries. Price: $80.
And my favorite of all, a collapsible water bottle that is said to keep its shape (supposedly some bottles start collapsing when you’ve drunk half the bottle)! It’s the Nomander bottle. It’s 22 ounces, BPA free and has leak proof twist off cap. Price: $22.
In case you missed this earlier post, another top travel gadget is a portable espresso maker. Click here to read more.
