It seldom happens that I covet just about everything in a store. The home gift shop, Maru’s Corner is an exception. Venezuelan owner and interior designer Maru and Ana Ulivi (her daughter) have exquisite taste as you’ll see from the photo gallery. I happily found the shop while researching an upcoming food post. It happened to be their first day of opening. Here you can find one of a kind serving pieces, bar accessories, pillows, lamps, small tables, matching plate, cup and bowl sets for children, and a selection of gift items. There’s not a large selection in each category, but what there is is lovely. Items come from Italy, Ecuador and Mexico and are not pricey for the quality and creative design, with few pieces over $300.
Rather than try to describe the items, I’ll let you enjoy the images here.
