This Thanksgiving, celebrate with South Florida’s finest dining establishments as they serve special price-fixed menus and à la carte options for the holiday. Here is Part II of Miami Curated’s picks for Thanksgiving 2015 dining options in South Florida, today focusing on all around Fort Lauderdale. Click here for Part 1, Miami.

 

  1. 3030 Ocean

For an elegant oceanfront Thanksgiving dinner in Fort Lauderdale, 3030 Ocean is offering a special prix-fixe menu. Priced at $50 per person, the three-course meal begins with roasted pumpkin soup, followed by Executive Chef Adrienne Grenier’s roasted turkey breast, mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts, mushrooms and cranberry chutney. For dessert, a pumpkin and dark chocolate bread pudding will be served. Diners can also enjoy wine pairings with the Thanksgiving dinner for additional $20 per person. Self-parking is available and valet parking is $5 with proper validation. The dinner menu is served from 6 to 9pm. Reservations are recommended.

Stephen Starr’s Steak 954 at W Fort Lauderdale is offering an à la carte holiday meal this Thanksgiving with enticing offerings. In additional to the regular menu, Chef Nicolay and Pastry Chef Sara Magoon present seasonal specials such as a turkey entrée (may select between white or dark meat) with turkey sausage stuffing, whipped potatoes and cranberry chutney ($33); sweet potato puree with caramelized marshmallows ($11); and pumpkin soufflé with scotch caramel and spiced pepita ($10) for dessert. Lunch will be served from 11am to 4pm and dinner will be served from 5pm to 9pm. Discounted valet parking is available for $5 if paid inside the restaurant.

  1. Burlock Coast at The Ritz-Carlton Fort Lauderdale

The newly opened Burlock Coast at the Ritz-Carlton Fort Lauderdale is offering a traditional Thanksgiving meal with a twist. For $65 per person, diners can choose any four items from a special prix fixe holiday menu, along with two sides and unlimited dessert from a dessert buffet. Sample menu items include Pumpkin Gnocchi with green apple, brown butter, rosemary and aged rum – and – Chilled Scallops with blood orange, lotus root, radish, fennel and olive oil powder. Raw bar and charcuterie is also available à la carte for an additional price. For an extra $30 per person, diners can enjoy a bottomless drink special that includes house wines, mimosas, draft beer, and a “pilgrim” rum punch. Children will be able to order from the regular kids menu. The Thanksgiving menu is available from 12pm to 10pm. Valet parking is complimentary for two hours with proper validation.

III Forks is offering a four-course dinner at both of its South Florida locations (in Hallandale and Palm Beach Gardens) from 3 to 9pm on Thanksgiving. The savory feast starts with a Tenderloin Tomato Soup followed by a signature III Forks Salad. For the main course, there are three entrée choices including a Spice Rubbed Holiday Turkey with grandma’s gravy, fresh cranberry-orange relish, sausage sage cornbread dressing, creamed potatoes, maple-glazed yams and roasted autumn vegetables. Other entrée choices are Roasted Midwest Beef Tenderloin or Vermont Maple Glazed Atlantic Salmon. The meal ends with a visit to the spectacular dessert table. The dinner is $46.95 for adults. Children under 12 can order soup or salad, entrée, and dessert for $16.95. There is a free lot and garage parking.

  1. Beauty & the Feast Bar and Kitchen

Beauty & the Feast Bar and Kitchen at the Atlantic Hotel & Spa on Fort Lauderdale Beach is serving an oceanfront Thanksgiving feast from 1 to 8 p.m. The prix-fixe menu features small plates, holiday classics, and a grand gourmet food station. Thanksgiving eats include items like baby Portabello mushroom caps stuffed with crab, pork belly over cider rendered bacon and pepper greens topped with candied apricot jam, maple brined turkey breast, pepper sage dressing, smothered green beans, candied yams and much more. The cost is $49.95 per adult, $19.95 for children 3-12 years old, and free for kids under 3 years old. Diners enjoy complimentary valet parking.

  1. Diplomat Resort & Spa

Diplomat Resort & Spa is offering a sumptuous Thanksgiving brunch and dinner. On Thanksgiving Day, Diplomat’s Crystal Room is transformed into an autumnal wonderland for its Thanksgiving brunch buffet. From natural roasted turkey, cornbread stuffing and cranberry-orange relish to chilled seafood, ceviche shooters and sushi bars, there’s a plethora of options to please everyone’s taste. Bottomless mimosas and Bloody Marys are also included. Available seating times for brunch are from 10:30am to 3:30 pm. The cost is $75 for adults, $20 for children ages 5 to 12. For dinner, Diplomat Prime is featuring a special holiday dinner menu with all the traditional fixings prepared by Executive Chef Gary Klinefelter. Reservations are required and the price for the holiday dinner is $42. Complimentary valet or garage parking is available with validation at restaurant.

  1. 30 30 ocean looks divine for a daytime event…nothing makes you feel more glamourous than dining in a gorgeous establishment, with fine fare, European service, and a hi tab…and, of course, someone to pick it up! that is why god created husbands…..
