Handbag Trunk Show to Put on Your Calendar

Kinta handbag saleShoes and handbags. One can never have too many. And here’s your chance to add to your collection without breaking the bank (or for holiday presents). We’re talking quality leather handbags created by a renowned Milanese designer under the Kinta brand and made in Hong Kong for $110 to $200. And it gets even better. Part of the proceeds of the sale will benefit the National Parkinson Foundation. Models range from totes and clutches to shoulder bags, from go-with- everything neutrals and colorful models to bold animal prints. What you won’t find here are the garbage- inspired designs from current runway shows such as a Lanvin model that looks like a Hefty bag (can you believe it?). Though the original show was earlier this month, I’m told there are still about a dozen handbags available.  The address is Santa Maria, apartment 4902, 1643 Brickell Avenue. For more information and to schedule an appointment, call T. Doretta, 305-358-6976; cell 305-753-7802.
