My partner and I will be in Milan in early September prior to boarding a Mediterranean Cruise leaving from Venice. What do you recommend we see and do for a few days? Cooking lessons are not out of the question.
For things to do, TripAdvisor has expanded its coverage of attractions and day tours available so it’s quite a good guide. In terms of restaurants and places to imbibe, here’s a list of suggestions from a friend who’s a leading travel and food writer who’s Italian and lives in Milan:
I suggest you to have lunch on the roof of LA RINASCENTE shopping centre, top floor: stunning view on the Domo and a choice of several mozzarella bars, sushi, salads etc.
Or the fashion people favourite
